Column-PROTEIN-Concentrate This kit is designed to concentrate proteins that cannot be concentrated by precipitation or other techniques. Binds and immbolizes the protein in a low salt buffer, pH 2-12. The protein is the spin-eluted in eluton buffer. This method is gentle of protects the protein from denaturation. Specifications:Recovery ~ 100% Concentration of up to a total of 4mg of protein. Kit contains; 10ml Protein Binding Resin, 30ml Elution Buffer and all necessary tubes.
