Recommended not to exceed optimum 1.0 mL/min sample flow rate; however, lower gas and sample flow rates are OK. Backpressure should read approximately 30psi at 1.0 L/min gas flow rate. The Conikal nebulizer is a high-performance, general use glass nebulizer, that tolerates up to 5% TDS and 75um particulates. Replacement parts include P/Ns EZTS-16-75 and 502702994.Recommend nebulizer maintenance tools, Fluka RBS25 (P/N NC9000117) and Eluo Nebulizer Cleaning Tool (P/N NC9462559).
