Description

Contec™ Low Endotoxin Irradiated Alcohol contains 70% by volume USP grade isopropanol (IPA) and 30% water for injection (WFI).

  • Alcohol blend is 0.2 micron filtered, filled, and bagged in an Grade C or ISO Class 7 cleanroom.
  • Certified to have an endotoxin level < 0.25 EU/ml, making it suitable for product contact surfaces.
  • Bottles are provided with the triggers installed and gamma irradiated at no less than 25kGy.
  • Each lot is sterility tested and certified.
  • Trigger sprayers are fitted with a protected system, which ensure sterility throughout use.
  • Each bottle has a lot number code and expiration date for easy record keeping.
  • 3-year unopened shelf-life from date of manufacture and a 6-month in use shelf life.
  • 70% isopropanol and 30% water for injection leaves no residue for product contact areas
  • Double bagged in linear tear packaging makes it easy to open even when wearing gloves
  • Trigger installed 'bag in bottle' protected system eliminates the risk of the alcohol being contaminated when installing the trigger
  • Trigger sprayer can be set to jet or spray to reduce the risk of inhalation and provides good surface coverage
