The extracellular domain of mutated hThy-1, hThy-1 (RLE) (aa 20-130), is fused to the Fc portion of human IgG1. The integrin binding sequence RLD of hThy-1 has been changed to RLE abolishing the binding of integrins. Specificity: Does not bind to β3-integrin nor to any of a large number of tested TNF-superfamily members including rhsTRAIL, rhsCD40L, rhsAPRIL, etc. Use/Stability: Stable for at least 6 months after receipt when stored as recommended. Handling: Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. After reconstitution, prepare aliquots and store at -80°C. Long Term Storage: -20°C
