Simply prechill the CoolCADDY in freezer overnight and it's ready to use. CADDY holds 5 x 0.5 ml; 9 x 1.5-2.0 ml; 8 x 2.0 ml cryotubes; 1 x 96 well plate or 96 PCR tubes; and 1 x 50 ml reservoir.
