The CoolCube provides convenient storage of heat sensitive samples on a lab bench and maintains temperature at 0°C for up to four hours. Constructed of a high strength polymer that has excellent chemical resistance and filled with a gel refrigerant. Simply place the rack in a -20°C freezer overnight and it is ready to use. Samples remain cool without the use of messy wet ice.
One side holds 36 x 1.5-2.0 ml micro-tubes. Opposite side accommodates 12 x 1.5-2.0 ml micro-tubes and one PCR plate.
