The Micro 100 Corner Radius End Mill with AlTiN coating is a high performance end mill for machining aluminum, titanium and other non-ferrous metals. It has a 0.125" corner radius and is available in diameters ranging from 1/8" to 1/2". The AlTiN coating provides heat resistance and a smooth surface finish. The end mill features a variable helix flute design to reduce chatter and harmonics. It has a center cutting design allowing plunge cuts into a workpiece.
