Bovine Parathyroid Hormone ELISA Kit - This Kit from Innovative Research is intended for the quantitative determination of this Hormone in biofluid samples, such as serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernatants and other fluids. This is a competitive ELISA in strip well format with reagents for up to 96 tests . PTH present in samples reacts with an anti-Bovine PTH monoclonal capture antibody or antigen coated and dried on a microtiter plate. Then, PTH conjugated to biotin competes with the antigen in the sample to bind the capture antibody/antigen. Unbound conjugate and sample antigen is washed away and bound conjugate is then reacted with avidin conjugated to horseradish peroxidase. TMB substrate is used for color development at 450nm. Color development is inverse proportional to the concentration of active PTH. RUO
