Genderless connector and Steam-Thru II connector simplify process integration
AseptiQuik genderless connectors provide secure connections and quick assembly. Interior flow path is never exposed to the exterior environment providing sterile connections, even in non-sterile environments. To use, unsnap and flip down the protective cover, align connectors with the pull tabs, slide the two connectors together and squeeze until you hear an audible “click” from each side, snap the pull tabs together, then pull the tabs to simultaneously remove both membranes from the connector halves.
Unique 3-port design is suitable for a true steam-through steam-in-place process, eliminating dead legs and the need for a laminar flow hood. The Steam-Thru II connection offers “steam on” and “steam off” functionality, allowing a second SIP cycle.
