The Grainger 1/4" I.D. Crimp Fitting, 1/4" F BSPP is a brass compression fitting used to connect tubing in fluid power systems. It has a 1/4" inner diameter to fit 1/4" OD tubing and a 1/4" female BSPP thread. The fitting consists of a body, nut, and sleeve. To install, the tubing is inserted through the nut and sleeve, then the nut is tightened to compress the sleeve against the tubing for a leak-free connection. This fitting is rated for a maximum pressure of 3000 psi and temperature range of -65 to 300°F. It conforms to ISO 8434-1 and SAE J514 standards.
