Cryo tape for metal racks is provided as a continuous roll and specially designed for the identification of various metal containers and surfaces during long-term cryogenic storage in liquid or vapor phase liquid nitrogen (-196°C/-321°F), laboratory freezers (-80°C/-112°F), or dry ice transportation. This writable cryo tape can be used to identify stainless-steel and aluminum racks, canes and sleeves, X-ray cassettes, film cans, and more. Available in a range of colors, the durable cryogenic tape is waterproof, and can withstand multiple freeze-thaw cycles, gamma irradiation, and other harsh laboratory environments. This tape should be applied at room temperature before being placed in liquid nitrogen or ultra-low temperature freezers for subsequent storage.
