The Intelli-Plate 24-4 is a high-performance 24-well sitting drop crystallization plate, meticulously designed for efficient protein crystallization screening and optimization. Manufactured from durable polystyrene. Each Intelli-Plate 24-4 is optimized for sitting drop crystallography, featuring 24 wells and four individual protein drop wells per reservoir, maximizing experimental throughput. It includes 6 screen reservoirs, with each reagent reservoir capable of holding up to 650 µL (typically filled with 250 µL), ideal for comprehensive optimization and larger volume experiments. The precise individual sample drop wells have a 5 µL volume capacity and a 0.104-inch diameter, ensuring accurate dispensing. Designed with an SBS microplate footprint, it is fully compatible with automated liquid handling systems. Has an optimal height of 0.560 inches. For best results, use with Mitegen sealing film such as Crystal Clear Sealing Film.
