Single Dropout Complete Supplement Mixture used to select for yeast containing plasmids with specific nutritional markers and to select for gene function in transformation experiments. Add 0.74g of CSM-Arg to each liter of purified water and DOB or DOBA. Then, autoclave at 121°C for 25 minutes for complete synthetic defined single drop-out medium for S.cerevisiae.
