• CSM-MET is a Single dropout formulation of Complete Supplement Mixture (CSM) of amino acids for S. cerevisiae growth media.
• CSM-MET is a dropout supplement for virtually all strains of S. cerevisiae and allows to select for auxotrophic requirements and transformants.
• Cells grow vigorously in CSM-MET supplemented medium which is easily made by adding the CSM-MET powder to DOB of DOBA Base Medium and autoclaving.
