The Gibco CTS Detachable Dynabeads Release Buffer is for use with CTS Detachable Dynabeads magnetic beads. When used together, they empower users with a first-of-its-kind cGMP cell selection technology that has an active release mechanism for process development, clinical trial, and commercial manufacturing use.

The CTS Detachable Dynabeads Release Buffer has an active ingredient, biotin, that competitively displaces a biotin derivative on the surface of CTS Detachable Dynabeads magnetic beads. This proprietary mechanism allows users to achieve active release of the beads from target cells at any time within their process. And when used on the CTS DynaCellect Magnetic Separation System, these products deliver automation, flexibility, and scalability in cell therapy manufacturing workflows.
The CTS Detachable Dynabeads Release Buffer also includes Drug Master Files (DMFs) to support cross-referencing in regulatory submissions.
