The Gibco CTS™ DynaCellect™ Bead Removal Kit is designed for depletion and magnetic bead removal on the Gibco CTS™ DynaCellect™ Magnetic Separation System. Design consists of a bead removal chamber, 4 weldable tubes for input and output bags, filters, a cassette, and tube organizer.

The CTS DynaCellect Bead Removal Kit is a single-use, fit-for-purpose kit designed specifically for use with the CTS DynaCellect Magnetic Separation System, which is an automated instrument for T-cell isolation and activation, as well as magnetic bead removal. DynaCellect can help acheive high cell purity, recovery, and viability for any cells of interest.

Characteristics of the CTS DynaCellect Bead Removal Kit include:
• Weldable tube material: 4 x DEHP-free PVC
• Chamber: serpentine design for continuous flow

This kit and the CTS DynaCellect Cell Isolation Kit enable a range of cell processing applications such as isolation, depletion, and bead removal. They offer flexibility for process development and can be customized to support commercial scale manufacture.

Each kit has input/output sterile weldable tubes for flexible setup configurations. They are compatible with sterile welding and are gamma sterilized.
