Description

The Gibco CTS™ DynaCellect™ Cell Isolation Kit is specifically designed for the isolation and activation of immune cells in cell processing applications. The design consists of a 1 L isolation chamber, 8 PVC lines for the welding of input and output bags, a cassette, and tube organizer.

The CTS DynaCellect Cell Isolation Kit is a single-use, fit-for-purpose kit designed specifically for use with the CTS DynaCellect Magnetic Separation System, which is an automated instrument for T-cell isolation and activation, as well as magnetic bead removal.

Characteristics of the CTS DynaCellect Cell Isolation Kit include:
• Weldable tube material: 8 x DEHP-free PVC
• Working volume size: 10 mL to 1 L
• Bag chamber size: 1 L

This kit and the CTS DynaCellect Bead Removal Kit enable a range of cell processing applications such as isolation, depletion, and bead removal. They offer flexibility for process development and can optimized to support commercial scale manufacture.

Each kit has input/output sterile weldable tubes for flexible setup configurations. They are compatible with sterile welding and are gamma sterilized.
