Gibco CTS KnockOut D-MEM is a basal medium that supports the growth of undifferentiated human embryonic (hESCs) and induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs) and contains no L-glutamine. The osmolarity is optimized to approximate that of mouse embryonic tissue.
