Description

The Cube CYP2C19 Test Kits contain test cartridges and swab kits, used to detect a patient's CYP2C19 2, 3, and 17 alleles. Quantity: 20 tests.

  • Test Cartridges contain the reagents needed for DNA extraction, PCR amplification and detection of CYP2C19 alleles.
  • The CYP2C19 2, 3, and 17 alleles are detected in three separate tubes specific for each allele.
  • The presence or absence of genotypes are determined using Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) and fluorescent probe detection.
  • Swab kits are used to collect buccal material from a patient for analysis in the test cartridges
  • Compatible with the FDA 510(k)-cleared Genomadix Cube CYP2C19 System.
