Completely seal vessels for use with pathogenic materials. Silicone-encapsulated stir rods reduce the possibility of cells attaching to and growing on the surface. Order a complete culture vessel (flask, stir rod, and caps) to use with these biological stirrers or order just a flask to use with an existing stirrer.
