This motor can be used for a variety of industrial applications and is totally enclosed and fan cooled for protection against dirt, dust and splashing water. It has Class B insulation and a service factor of 1.15. The 170FP1 requires a 20 amp branch circuit and can provide 0.37 kW of power.
