The 170FX9 is a 3M Novec 1230 Clean Agent Fire Extinguisher. It is UL rated 2-B:C and contains 9 lbs of Novec 1230 fluid. This clean agent extinguisher is intended for Class A, B, and C fires. It uses a non-conductive, non-corrosive agent that leaves no residue and is safe for use around sensitive electronics. The extinguisher has a steel cylinder with epoxy ester lining and is pressurized to 195 psi. It features a chrome-plated brass valve and discharge hose, steel handle, and wall hook. The extinguisher measures 20.5" tall x 5.5" diameter and weighs 16 lbs when full. It has a discharge range of 10-15 ft.
