This is the original avidin/biotin ABC complex formation with biotinylated anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody. Features good sensitivity and low background. Kit contains sufficient reagents to stain approximately 1000–2000 sections. Kit Contents: 2 ml Reagent A, 2 ml Reagent B, 1 ml biotinylated goat anti-rabbit IgG, 3 ml normal goat serum.
