Supplier: ACROBiosystems IT7C52W350UG
ACROBiosystems Cynomolgus Integrin alpha E beta 7 (ITGAE & ITGB7) heterodimer is a recombinant extracellular-domain protein produced in HEK293 cells and supplied as a 50 μg vial for in vitro assay development, antibody characterization, and binding studies. The preparation contains the extracellular regions of alpha E (Phe 38-Ser 1142) and beta 7 (Glu 20-His 723); the alpha subunit includes a C-terminal His tag while the beta subunit is untagged.
- Expressed in human 293 (HEK293) cells.
- Alpha subunit contains a C-terminal His tag; beta subunit is untagged.
- Includes residues Phe 38-Ser 1142 (alpha) and Glu 20-His 723 (beta).
- Calculated molecular weight 128.3 kDa (alpha) and 81.6 kDa (beta); migrates as 140-160 kDa and 95-110 kDa on non-reducing SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
- Supplied as a 50 μg vial suitable for assay development and antibody binding studies.
- Datasheet available with QC data and sequence information.
