Brown chromogen for use with HRP immunohistochemistry staining systems. The HIGHDEF DAB Chromogen/Substrate Set can be used in conjunction with peroxidase-based immunostaining systems. Peroxidase from the antibody detection system reacts with hydrogen peroxide substrate to degrade it, which then reacts with DAB, precipitating it at positive sites and yielding a dark brown color. Contents: HIGHDEF DAB Chromogen, HIGHDEF DAB Substrate Buffer. Application: IHC, ISH (in situ hybridization). Long Term Storage: +4°C
