[D-Ala2, D-Leu5]-Enkephalin (DADLE) is a synthetic peptide that is a selective agonist of the delta opioid receptor, but also binds mu opioid receptors of subtype μ1. It has antinociceptive and analgesic properties via neuron protection, and in-vivo effects include reduction in arterial blood pressure and heart rate. Provided as 5 mg of dry powder alongside reconstitution buffer.
