Dasatinib (Sprycel, BMS-354825) is an oral BCR-ABL, c-KIT, SRC inhibitor (IC50=<1, 79, and 0.8, respectively) and cancer drug developed by Bristol-Myers Squibb. It is most commonly used for treatment of chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) and Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL). Inhibits tyrosine kinases via competing for ATP. Provided as 10 mg of dry powder.
