Selectively inhibit SRC/ABL kinases, such as ABL, SRC, LCK, and YES with Dasatinib (Lombardo et al. J Med Chem, 2004; Davis et al. Nat Biotechnol, 2011). This tyrosine kinase inhibitor inhibits proliferation in cell lines derived from chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), prostate, breast, and colon tumors (Lombardo et al. J Med Chem, 2004; Davis et al. Nat Biotechnol, 2011); induces cell-cycle arrest and apoptosis and decreasing growth in thyroid cancer cells (Chan et al.
