Tired of unnecessary waste in the lab? So are we. Polycarbin's Delta Carbin program is an all-in-one mailback service for laboratory personal protective equipment (PPE). Simply place the 5-pack of Carbins throughout the lab and collect eligible PPE. Once full, seal the Carbin shut and set it out for UPS pick-up (prepaid return labels attached). Once received, your data will be uploaded to your dashboard so that you can measure your impact. The woven polypropylene stream will be sorted and processed, ultimately making its way back into our low-carbon lab Products. PPE containing metal clips or zippers, cloth, or paper are not accepted. PPE that comes into contact with the following is not eligible: Hazardous waste, pathological or surgical waste, infectious waste, viral waste (Exception, bacteriophage), spore-forming bacteria waste, human tissue waste animal tissue waste (Exception, hybridomas), fecal, urine, or saliva (Exception, Post-extraction/Inactivation).
