Supplier: Medchemexpress LLC HY12838010MM/1ML
Dibenamine hydrochloride is a competitive and irreversible adrenergic blocking agent. It is known for its ability to modify the pharmacological effects of epinephrine and significantly increases the rate of I-epinephrine destruction. In vitro, Dibenamine has been shown to attenuate cocaine-induced increases in sensitivity to acetylcholine in isolated guinea pig vas deferens. In vivo, it has been observed to reduce CHCl3 levels by 30-50 percent, suggesting it slows the conversion of CCl4 to CHCl3.
