The Grainger Approved Digital Food Service Thermometer is a digital thermometer designed for commercial kitchen use. It features a stainless steel probe with a temperature range of -58 to 572°F (-50 to 300°C), and an accuracy of ±1.8°F/1°C. The large LCD display shows the temperature reading in Celsius or Fahrenheit. It has a food-safe ABS plastic body, and includes a pocket clip and probe cover. The thermometer is powered by a single LR44 button cell battery. It meets NSF standards for commercial food service.
