It has a stainless steel probe with a temperature range of -40 to 450°F (-40 to 232°C) and an accuracy of ±1.8°F/1°C. The thermometer features an easy-to-read LCD display, auto-off function to conserve battery life, and a pocket clip for portability. It is powered by a single LR44 button cell battery. The thermometer probe is 6 inches long and folds into the handle for safe storage when not in use. This NSF certified thermometer is ideal for measuring temperatures of food, liquids, and air in restaurants, cafeterias, and other commercial food service operations.
