Solid phase extraction (SPE) is a technique commonly used in laboratories to isolate analytes of interest from complex matrices.

Retention Mechanism: Reversed-phaseSample Matrix Compatibility: Aqueous solutions (biological fluids, water). Monomerically bonded, phenyl (7 %C), endcapped. Similar in polarity to DSC-8; however, electron dense aromatic ring offers unique selectivity and retention. Offers improved retention of conjugated ring structures over aliphatic functional groups.
