DisQuE Dispersive Sample Preparation used for QUECHERS Method CEN Method 15662. The kit consists of 100 units each of extraction tubes and clean-up tubes. Each 50 mL DisQuE Extraction tube contains 1g Trisodium Citrate Dihydrate, 0.5g Disodium Hydrogencitrate Sesquihydrate, 1g NaCl, and 4g MgSO4. Each 2 mL DisQuE Clean-Up tube contains 150 mg of magnesium sulphate and 25 mg PSA (primary-secondary amine SPE sorbent) and 25 mg C18. Detailed method instructions are included with the kit. QUECHERS (pronounced catchers) methods are used for multi-pesticide residue analyses in food.
