AMPIGENE DNA Ladder 100-10,000 bp contains DNA fragments ranging from 100bp to 10,000bp that can be used as molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis. The bands are evenly spaced and are intensified at 500bp, 1,500bp and 3,000 to serve as easily identifiable reference bands. The approximate mass of DNA in each of the bands is provided, assuming 5µl load, for determining the approximate mass of DNA in samples with comparable intensity and size. Long Term Storage: -20°C.
