DNA/RNA-Conserve Direct Detect is designed for the preservation of DNA/RNA in biological samples.

DNA/RNA conserve direct direct is supplied with 1 mL DNA/RNA direct detect solution. DNA/RNA-direct detect solution is designed for the preservation of DNA/RNA in biological samples, including but not limited to; cells, mammalian tissues, bacteria, DNA/RNA-virus, yeast, plant tissues, biological fluids, field and test site collected specimens, swab kits, and so forth. This formulation is a solution of non-toxic salt, optimized to preserve the integrity of purified DNA/RNA. Samples may be stored or transported without degradation of DNA/RNA samples.

Applications:

  • Store and preserve the integrity of DNA and RNA in various samples.
  • No need to extract DNA/RNA from samples. Directly used for testing with downstream applications such as PCR, RT-PCR, northern blot, Sequencing and other downstream applications.
