The Micro 100 Drill Mill Carbide is a high performance carbide drill bit designed for milling and drilling in steel, cast iron, aluminum, and other metals. It has a TiAlN coating for increased tool life and heat resistance. The drill bit has a 135 degree split point tip to reduce walking and wandering. It is available in diameters ranging from 1/8 inch to 1/2 inch, and in stub, jobber, and screw lengths. The Micro 100 drill bits feature variable helix flutes to efficiently clear chips. They are manufactured in the USA from micrograin carbide for strength and durability.
