Description
The Dry-Ready RT-LAMP Kit is a complete solution for reverse transcription loop-mediated isothermal amplification (RT-LAMP)-based assay air drying. The kit includes all required components: Dry-Ready SuperScript IV Reverse Transcriptase, Dry-Ready Bst DNA Polymerase, Dry-Ready dNTP Mix, and 10X Dry-Ready RT-LAMP Reaction Buffer to facilitate pre- and post-drying procedures.

The Dry-Ready RT-LAMP Kit includes an evolved Bst DNA polymerase mutant with a fast reaction speed and increased sensitivity and tolerance to inhibitors, as well as SuperScript IV Reverse Transcriptase with increased processivity, thermostability, and inhibitor resistance.
The Dry-Ready kit is optimized for the air drying process. Notably, air drying is a simple process that does not impair functionality of the assay. On the contrary, it help provides flexibility on the initial volume of sample and increases sensitivity, resulting in a exceptional stabilization process for point-of-care applications.
