The DuoCap is designed for both aerobic and anaerobic applications. For aerobic applications the cap utilizes a 0.22um pore size PTFE membrane for sterile air exchange. For anaerobic applications the cap can easily be converted to a solid top design. Solid top caps are also ideal for applications requiring mixing, shaking and storage of biological fluids. New EZ-Tear packaging allows for easy access. Caps are autoclavable.
