Compatible with Shimadzu 2030 ICP-MS.Optimum nebulizer gas flow rate is 0.7L/min & sample flow rate is 0.4mL/min. Recommended not to exceed optimum 0.4mL/min sample flow rate; however, lower gas & sample flow rates are OK. The backpressure should read ~40 psi at 0.7L/min gas flow rate. DuraMist is an economical inert nebulizer for high-precision analysis & the highest tolerance to TDS, up to 30%.
