Recommended not to exceed optimum 0.4mL/min sample flow rate; however, lower gas & sample flow rates are OK. The backpressure should read ~40 psi at 1.0L/min gas flow rate. DuraMist is an economical inert nebulizer for high-precision analysis & the highest tolerance to TDS, up to 30%. Made from PEEK, tolerates up to 5% HF.Replacement parts include P/N 502702959, EL-1 & 501907289.Recommend nebulizer maintenance tools, Fluka RBS25 (P/N NC9000117) & Eluo Nebulizer Cleaning Tool (P/N 501907353).
