This miniature two stage pump features an alternative inlet connection position at the side of the pump so that overall installation height can be reduced to a minimum when required. 1.3 cfm (190L/min) displacement and an ultimate vacuum without gas ballast of 1.1x10-3 torr. The max. inlet pressure for water vapor is 11.3 torr. Maxium water vapor pumping rate is 0.035 lb/hr.
