The EasySep™ Biotin Positive Selection Kit II is designed to isolate cells that are labeled with biotinylated antibodies. Desired cells are targeted with antibody complexes recognizing biotin and dextran-coated magnetic particles. The labeled cells are bound to magnetic particles and separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Cells of interest remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off.This product replaces the EasySep™ Biotin Positive Selection Kit (Catalog #17683) for even faster cell isolations.
