Isolate highly purified CD33+ and CD66b+ myeloid cells, including myeloid progenitor cells, granulocytes, and monocytes, from fresh whole blood prior to chimerism testing. Desired cells are targeted with tetrameric antibody complexes recognizing CD33, CD66b, and dextran-coated magnetic particles, and separated without the use of columns through immunomagnetic positive selection using an EasySep™ magnet.
