The EasySep™ Human "Do-It-Yourself" Positive Selection Kit II is designed to select any human cell type of interest with your own mouse IgG1 monoclonal antibody. Cells that express the surface antigen that is recognized by the mouse IgG1 monoclonal antibody are targeted for magnetic separation using EasySep™ Dextran RapidSpheres™ and the EasySep™ Magnet. The cocktail also contains an antibody to human Fc receptor to minimize nonspecific binding.This product replaces the EasySep™ Human "Do-It-Yourself" Selection Kit (Catalog #18099).
