The EasySep™ Human TCR Alpha/Beta Depletion Kit is designed to deplete human T cell receptor alpha/beta+ (TCRab+) cells from leukapheresis samples or expanded TCRa/b knockout cell cultures. TCRab+ cells are targeted with antibody complexes and dextran-coated magnetic particles. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Labeled cells remain in the tube while unlabeled cells are poured off.
