The EasySep™ Mouse CD90.1 Positive Selection Kit is designed to isolate CD90.1+ (Thy1.1+) cells from single suspensions of splenocytes, lymph nodes and peripheral blood by positive selection. Desired cells are targeted with antibody complexes recognizing CD90.1 and dextran-coated magnetic particles. Labelled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Cells of interest remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off.
