This concentrated solution is used to prepare nucleic acid and protein samples for agarose or polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Gel loading solution includes protein denaturants and the negatively charged tracking dye, Bromophenol Blue. Recommended Usage: Add 1 volume solution to 9 volumes of sample and mix well
