EE Mossel Broth is used for selectively enriching and detecting Enterobacteriaceae and other lactose-negative organisms. This is then followed by subculturing on a selective medium such as Violet Red Bile or Viloet Red Bile Glucose Agar (VRBGA). Each lot of media from MOLTOX is tested for sterility, where applicable, and its ability to support the growth of the appropriate microorganism. All media are accompanied by GLP-compliant formulation and Quality Control certificate.
