ELISA Accessory Pack: TMB Substrate and Stop SolutionProcedure:1.Add 100 ?L of TMB Substrate to each well of an ELISA plate containing HRP.2.Develop the plate in the dark at room temperature for 30 minutes. Note: Do NOT cover plate with Plate Sealer.3.Stop reaction by adding 100 ?L of Stop Solution to each well.4.Measure absorbance on a plate reader at 450 nm.Precautions:Take care not to contaminate the TMB Substrate. Use only required amount per use. Do not return excess TMB Substrate to the original container. If the solution is blue before use, DO NOT USE IT! Do not expose TMB Substrate solution to glass, foil, or metal.
